SMS Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By opting in to receive text messages from Sunny Health AI Inc. ("Sunny Health," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms"). These SMS Terms are supplemental to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of our Services.
2. SMS Programs
Sunny Health operates the following text messaging programs:
Appointment Notifications
Purpose: Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, cancellations, and reminders
How to opt in: Enable "Text notifications" in your Sunny Health account settings or notification preferences, or consent during onboarding when adding your phone number
Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment activity; typically 1-5 messages per month
Account Verification (2FA)
Purpose: One-time passcodes (OTP) for phone number verification and secure login
How to opt in: Consent is given when you initiate a verification or login request by entering your phone number and tapping "Send code" or equivalent
Message frequency: Varies based on your login and verification activity; each message is sent only in direct response to your request
3. Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sunny Health at the phone number you provide. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to all text messages sent or received. Sunny Health is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time:
Reply STOP to any text message from Sunny Health
Disable "Text notifications" in your account settings within the Sunny Health app
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.
To re-subscribe, reply START to any previous Sunny Health text, or re-enable notifications in your account settings.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS programs are available on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and most regional and prepaid carriers.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number, opt-in status, and messaging data are used only to deliver the services described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms
