Senior Product Manager — On-site (San Francisco, CA)

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product strategy for AI-powered care navigation experiences. You’ll own key product areas end-to-end, ensuring alignment with our standards for trust, security, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery, strategy, and roadmaps for core product areas.

• Partner closely with engineering, design, UX research, and data teams.

• Define success metrics and use data and research to guide iteration.

• Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize trade-offs.

• Ensure all initiatives align with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in software products.

• Experience owning full product lifecycles in B2B or enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
