Senior Full Stack Engineer — On-site (San Francisco, CA)

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of secure, AI-powered features across backend services and user interfaces. You’ll work across the stack to transform complex healthcare workflows into reliable, user-centered product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features, owning services and UI from schema to pixel.

• Integrate with AI and data pipelines to deliver intelligent, explainable workflows.

• Collaborate with product, design, security, and clinical stakeholders on requirements and trade-offs.

• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and developer experience.

• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend.

• Strong proficiency in Rust for backend or service-layer development.

• Proficiency with React/TypeScript on the frontend.

• Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with cloud infrastructure.

• Proven ability to own projects from design through deployment and operations.
